What does the lifetime structural warranty cover?

The lifetime structural warranty protects against structural defects in the pool shell, including structural osmosis damage. It applies to all Bi-Luminite series Compass pools powered by Ceramic Core technology. Vivid series pools carry a 25-year structural warranty, and both warranties are fully transferable to new owners for up to 25 years from the installation date.

What does the 10-year cosmetic warranty cover?

The 10-year cosmetic warranty protects the interior surface of Bi-Luminite series pools against material and manufacturing defects, including osmotic blistering. This is backed by our ArmourShield technology, which applies a high-performance vinyl ester resin layer over the finish. Vivid series pools include a 7-year cosmetic warranty.

What is the hydrostatic warranty and why is it a world first?

Because groundwater pressure is routinely excluded from home insurance and pool warranties, Compass created the patented HydroPro™ valve to release water 5× faster than standard fittings. This innovation allows us to offer an unprecedented lifetime hydrostatic warranty on Bi-Luminite series pools, with dedicated hydrostatic protection also included for Vivid series pools.

Is the warranty transferable when I sell my home?

Yes. Every component of our Triple Warranty transfers to subsequent homeowners for the remaining balance of 25 years from the original installation date across both Bi-Luminite and Vivid series pools, providing long-term value and peace of mind for prospective buyers.

Do Vivid series pools get the same warranty as Bi-Luminite?

No, the terms differ by range. Bi-Luminite series pools include lifetime structural, 10-year cosmetic, and lifetime hydrostatic coverage.
